Marsha’s trip plans

OK, here’s what I’m planning.  Suggestions are welcome:

Wed. 8/5 — Depart SD, travel to Las Vegas (6 hrs), and onto Utah.  Hope to spend the night at Days Inn in Hurricane, Utah.

Thurs. 8/6 — Driving tours of Zion National Park and east toward Bryce.  Will spend the night at motel near Bryce.

Fri. 8/7 — Tour Bryce, Rt. 12 thru Escalante.  PM in Torrey, UT, or Green River.

Sat. 8/8 — I-70 to Grand Junction, Colo, then on to Denver.

Sun 8/9 — Denver to Cheyenne, Wyo., to Black Hills, SD.

Mon. 8/10 — Tour Mount Rushmore, Black Hills, Rapid City.  Drive across South Dakota on I-90to Sioux Falls, SD.

Tues. 8/11 — Sioux Falls to Minn., to Wisc., PM in Toman, WI, or Wisconsin Dells area.

Wed. 8/12 — To Madison, to Milwaukee, to Gurnee, IL (Harry Came).  PM with Harry.

Thurs. 8/12 — PM with Harry.

Fri. 8/13 — To Detroit to visit Rubens (TBD), or power drive toward Baltimore.

Probable arrival in Baltimore — evening of Sat. 8/14 or daytime Sun. 8/15.
